The flow

Four steps.

  1. 1

Create your account with email + password (or Google). We use Clerk for sign-in, which means your authentication is handled by experts who do this for a living.

  2. 2

    Tell us about your situation

We ask plain-English questions — your name, where you live, whether you have minor children, who you want to inherit. Skip and resume any time; your answers are saved automatically.

  3. 3

    Review your will

We build your will from a state-specific template. You see it side-by-side with your answers as you go. Make any changes; finalize when ready.

  4. 4

    Print, witness, sign

Download the PDF. Print it. Gather two adult witnesses who are not beneficiaries. Sign in their presence; they sign attesting they saw you sign. Store the original somewhere safe and tell your executor where to find it.

What you get

A complete, court-ready will.

  • ✓ Self-proving affidavit block (where the state allows it)
  • ✓ Witness attestation block tailored to your state
  • ✓ Executor and alternate executor nominations
  • ✓ Guardian nominations for minor children
  • ✓ Proportional or specific bequests
  • ✓ Revocation of prior wills

Ready when you are.
